Where purpose meets performance.

For youth-focused NGO leaders dedicated to expanding opportunity for underserved young people.

SAJE is a human impact initiative and is completely pro bono and non-commercial.

“I believe the greatest long-term impact comes from investing in young people early—particularly through organizations creating opportunities for those that are significantly less fortunate. I’ve been fortunate to learn from extraordinary leaders, experiences and opportunities. SAJE is a way to pass that forward with intention”.

NGO leaders carry a heavy responsibility—and rarely have a place to think out loud.

One of the biggest constraints on NGO impact is leadership capacity under pressure—not mission clarity, and not commitment.

— The premise behind SAJE

You're expected to deliver impact, lead teams, make difficult calls, and do it all with limited resources, high expectations, and constant pressure. That's the job.

Most youth-focused NGO leaders don't need more advice in the abstract. They need a trusted partner who can help them think clearly, decide faster, and stay focused on what matters most.

SAJE was built to fill that gap—practical, confidential, pro bono coaching from an experienced operator who has led through complexity, transformation, and high-stakes decision-making.

01 / Funding

Pressure to deliver results with limited funding.

02 / Talent

Difficulty attracting and retaining strong talent.

03 / Isolation

Isolation at the top, with too few trusted peers.

04 / Scale

Scaling a model without losing the quality that makes it work.

05 / Digital

Adoption of a new AI and digital world.

06 / Stakes

Decisions that affect real lives, made with imperfect information.

Practical, candid, tailored to the realities of NGO work.

This isn't generic leadership coaching. We help youth-focused NGO leaders make better decisions, gain clarity, and lead with greater confidence—grounded in real operating experience.

01 / Clarify

Clarify priorities

Cut through the noise when everything feels urgent. Identify what truly moves the mission forward.

02 / Test

Pressure-test decisions

Stress-test major calls before you make them—funding, hires, partnerships, strategy.

03 / Align

Strengthen alignment

Build sharper team accountability and a culture that survives growth and change.

04 / Unblock

Unblock operations

Diagnose and work through the operational bottlenecks that quietly stall impact.

05 / Digital & AI

Incorporate
Digital & AI

Create solutions using agentic workflows for greater productivity.

Coaching grounded in operating reality—not theory.
